INDIVIDUAL PA INSURANCE

Introduction

This is a flexible PA product where you can pick and choose your own coverage that will most meet your needs.

Wide Cover which includes the following free of charge :

Benefits

BENEFIT A - DEATH
In the event of Accidental Death occurring within 12 calendar months from the date of injury, the sum insured is payable.

 

BENEFIT B - PERMANENT DISABLEMENT
In the event of Accidental Permanent Disablement occurring within 12 calendar months from the date of injury, the sum insured or a percentage of the sum insured is payable.

 

 

BENEFIT C1 - TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABLEMENT
In the event the Life Insured is totally disabled and is unable to engage in or attend to his usual occupation, a specified weekly is payable for such period of temporary total disablement.

 

 

BENEFIT C2 - TEMPORARY PARTIAL DISABLEMENT
In the event the Life Insured is partially disabled and is unable to engage in or attend to a substantial part of usual occupation, a specified weekly benefit of 50% of the amount specified in Benefit C1 is payable for such period of temporary partial disablement.

 

 

BENEFIT D - MEDICAL EXPENSES
In the event the Life Insured requires medical treatment for injuries resulting from accident, and provided such treatment is received from qualified medical practitioner, such medical and surgical expenses necessarily and reasonable incurred are payable.

 

 

BENEFIT E - HOSPITAL INCOME
In the event the Life Insured requires hospitalisation in a registered hospital or government hospital as a result of accidental bodily injury, a specified weekly income is payable for such period of hospitalisation.

CLASS 1
Professions and occupations involving non-manual, administrative or clerical work, solely in offices or similar non-hazardous places.

 

CLASS 2
Professions and occupations involving work of a supervisory nature or travelling outside office for purposes but not engaging in manual work.

Professions and occupations involving manual work and/or the use of tools or machinery

General Exclusions

The policy does not cover war risks, existing physical or mental defect, suicide, self-injury, pregnancy or child-birth, hernia, HIV bacterial or viral infections, any disease or sickness, participation in a criminal act, professional sports, racing of any kind (other than on foot), caving, parachuting, hang gliding, hunting, mountaineering requiring ropes or guides, water-ski jumping, underwater activities involving the use of breathing apparatus.

FAMILY PA INSURANCE

 

Introduction

Family PA is specially designed to protect you and your family from financial difficulties by providing you with the following unique features:

worldwide 24 hours protection against accidental death, permanent total disablement and specified injuries.

pays your medical expenses as well as a weekly benefit in the event you or your spouse are hospitalised as a result of an accidental bodily injury.

death and permanent disablement benefit is payable in addition to any amount already accrued as medical expenses or hospital benefit.

flying as fare-paying passengers on board schedule licensed passenger carrying aircraft is included.

 

Extra Features

Loss of use of limbs without actual physical severance is treated as loss of limbs.

Cover is extended to drowning, suffocation by smoke or poisonous fumes, murder or unprovoked assault.

The qualifying words of "violent external and visible" are not required in the definition of accident.

Motorcycling is covered at no additional cost.

Your spouse is covered for 50% of all your Benefits and each child for 10% of your Benefits except Benefit D.

Premium will be based on the higher risk occupation of the two spouses.
Class 3 occupations are not acceptable for Plan I.

ULTIMA PA INSURANCE

 

Introduction
Ultima PA is an accident insurance plan. It allows you or your beneficiaries to receive in one lump sum of money in the event of your accident death or if you're unable to work as the result of an accident.

5 FREE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

Benefit 5:

Hospital Visitation Allowance of RM20/- per day shall be payable for the period of hospitalisation not exceeding 50 days.

Benefit 6:

Ambulance Fees up to RM500/- per accident

Benefit 7:

Home Nursing Care Charges up to RM500/- per week subject to maximum 4 weeks.

Benefit 8:

Burial or Cremation Allowance of RM2,000/-.

Benefit 9:

Repatriation Expenses up to RM5,000/- in the event of death.

Benefit 7 - HOME NURSING CARE CHANGES
In the event the Life Insured requires nursing care services for injuries resulting from accident, the Company will reimburse the charges incurred.

 

 

Benefit 8 - BURIAL / CREMATION ALLOWANCE
Burial/Cremation Allowance shall be payable in the event of Benefit 1 is payable.

 

 

Benefit 9 - REPATRIATION EXPENSES
The actual necessary and reasonable expenses incurred for the transportation of the Life Insured's mortal remains from the place where such death occurs to the first point of entry into country of residence is payable.

Easy Rider provides ultimate protection to everyone driving or travelling in your car. It also extends to cover you and your family against accidents involving any vehicle in addition to your own car.

Very reasonable premiums start from as little as 22 sen a day. And you have two plans to choose from, depending on your budget.

 

Special Features

FREE COVERS to Insured and family members whilst:

as a pedestrian in an accident involving any vehicle.
- driving or travelling as a passenger in any vehicle licensed for private use other than motorcycles/scooters.

Benefits

BENEFIT 1/2 - DEATH / PERMANENT DISABLEMENT
Pays the capital sum insured in the event of accidental death or permanent disablement to Insured Person(s) up to the amounts stated in the Benefit 2 Coverage Table following an accident in the Specified Vehicle.

This benefit is also extended to cover the Insured, Insured's legal spouse and any of their children between 3 to 18 years of age whilst
i) as a pedestrian in an accident involving any vehicle including motor-cycles/scooters and pedal cycles.
ii) driving or travelling as a passenger in any vehicle licensed for private use other than motor-cycles/scooters
iii) travelling as a fare-paying passenger on any taxi bus railway train ferry boat ship or aircraft

Double Indemnity Benefit
The company will pay double the percentage of the Sum Insured of Benefit 2 above in the event the Insured Person(s) suffer loss of both hands or both feet or sight of both eyes or permanent quadriplegia or permanent total paralysis from the neck downwards.

 

BENEFIT 3 -MEDICAL EXPENSES
Reimburse medical expenses incurred in regard to hospital room and board, clinical, medical and surgical treatment, traditional medical treatment (RM25- per visit subject to maximum RM250/- per accident), medical aids and medical report following an event covered by the policy.

 

 

BENEFIT 4 - DAILY HOSPITAL INCOME
A daily benefit is payable up to maximum of 60 days for the period of hospitalisation as a result of event covered by the policy.

 

 

BENEFIT 5 - AMBULANCE FEE
Reimburse ambulance fees incurred following an event covered by the policy.

 

 

BENEFIT 6 - BURIAL OR CREMATION EXPENSES
A cash sum shall be payable in the event of death as a result of an event covered by the policy.

 

General Exclusions
The policy does not cover war, strike, riot and civil commotion, suicide, childbirth or miscarriage, insanity (unless caused solely and directly by accidental means covered under the policy), illness, while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, vehicle used for hire, racing, road rally, pacemaking, speed-testing or illegal business pursuit and driver not holding a valid driving licence. Full list of exclusions is obtainable from the company upon application.

Introduction
This insurance provides cover for persons travelling on holiday, excursion trips or business trips.

Your coverage begins from the time you leave your residence for the purpose of travel and ending when you returns to your residence.

SECTION I - PERSONAL ACCIDENT

SECTION II - MEDICAL EXPENSES

SECTION III - CANCELLATION and CURTAILMENT

 

a)

Loss of irrecoverable payments made or incurred in respect of the travel and/or accommodation costs prior to the event giving rise to cancellation or curtailment of the journey.

 

b)

Additional travel cost to return to the place the journey commenced due to

 

 

i)

death injury or illness of the Insured, a friend accompanying the Insured, an immediate relative, or the fiancé of the Insured.

 

 

ii)

compulsory quarantine or requirement for jury service or witness in a court of law of the Insured.

 

General Exclusions
The policy does not cover war risks insanity suicide engaged in manual work, motor-cycling, boxing, wrestling, caving, parachuting, hang gliding, rugby, hunting, mountaineering requiring ropes or guides, ice hockey, polo-playing, steeplechasing, winter sports, yachting beyond territorial limits, water-ski jumping, underwater activities involving the use of breathing apparatus, racing of any kind (other than on foot) or any obviously hazardous adventure, pregnancy or miscarriage or childbirth, pre-existing physical defect or infirmity, intoxicating liquor or drug not prescribed by a qualified registered medical practitioner exposure other than exposure following accident of any vehicle or vessel, HIV, participation in a criminal act.
